Defective or Damaged Products: While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that errors can occur. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will arrange a return and offer a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
